    We are proud to be an Australian company and located in Sydney, New South Wales.
  • WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
    Our products are designed in Australia and manufactured ethically in China. We work with manufacturing partners who prioritise environmentally friendly practices and ethical business standards.
  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BPA FREE?
    Yes, our products are BPA, lead & phthalates free & are made from FDA approved and 100% food grade silicone. At MY PURE we believe that only the safest and non-toxic materials should be used for baby and kids products.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
    All our orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of ordering. We will send you an email with order confirmation, and another email with a trucking number once your products have been dispatched. For more details on shipping costs and delivery options, please check our Shipping policy.
  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
    In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged products, we will offer a refund for goods returned within 30 days (unused and in original packaging). Visit our Returns page for more information on our refund policy and processing your return.
